Research On Cultivation Of Vocational Spirit Of Higher Vocational Students

The spirit of professionalism is the sum of the values,attitudes,and spiritual styles that people form and are recognized by people in their professional activities as continuous,stable,and have professional characteristics.It is a higher level of spiritual realm formed by people based on professional skills and professional ethics.In the process of actual investigation,we can know that there is a lack of understanding of vocational spirit in higher vocational colleges at this stage,a lack of attention to the cultivation of vocational spirit in higher vocational students,and a lack of scientific theoretical basis,policy support and environmental support for vocational cultivation.Around the above problems,this paper has carried on the in-depth analysis to the professional spirit cultivation related issues.First of all,we use the methods of behavioral incident interview,rooted theory research,and questionnaire survey to obtain the elements of professional spiritual content of personnel in the construction industry in Nanning,including the five dimensions of professional attitude,lean spirit,professional conscience,professional norms,and ideal beliefs.A total of 24 elements of professionalism.Secondly,on the basis of the research on the content and structure of vocational spirit,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and problems of cultivating vocational spirit of higher vocational education students in Nanning,and analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,from the four levels of higher vocational colleges,enterprises,governments and students to improve the professional spirit of the students in the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,so as to enrich the professional spirit of theory and empirical research.In order to provide some research basis for the professional spirit cultivation of architectural students in higher vocational schools.
