Case Work Intervention Of Psychological Problems Of Diaspora Orphans

With the rapid development of economy and the gradual improvement of welfare system,the government pays more and more attention and supports to the children in trouble.Scattered orphans,as one of the groups of children in trouble,have always been concerned by all sectors of society.The government pays attention to solving the basic survival needs of orphans.The civil affairs department provides economic subsidies every month,and the welfare and charity department also holds holiday activities.In addition to the basic material needs,the psychological problems of orphans in diaspora are also the key problems that need to be solved,which need the active and in-depth study of social work,psychology and other scholars.Social work is a kind of service activity which is led by altruism,based on scientific knowledge and using scientific methods to help people.In view of the psychological problems of the scattered orphans,the social work specialty is also involved.Under the guidance of their own professional values and the support of professional theories,social workers can use their own professional skills to carry out professional intervention services,help the scattered orphans solve their psychological problems,help the scattered orphans grow up healthily and happily,and benefit the scattered orphans themselves and their families.The author uses the method of case social work to intervene in the psychological problems of the orphans in diaspora,and makes targeted plans to provide services to help them solve the problems.After consulting and sorting out the relevant literature,the author decided to take social support theory and empowerment theory as the theoretical support for the research.On this basis,the author conducted a practical study,visited and observed the psychological status of the orphans in the diaspora,and found that they had serious problems such as inferiority,loneliness,rebellious,escape and emotional irritability.The author analyzes the causes of the psychological problems of the orphans from three aspects: personal,family and social support.After considering the actual factors such as funds and distance,the author decided to use the case social work method to intervene,and use the psychosocial treatment mode to provide targeted services.It is concluded that the intervention of social workers has a positive supporting role in helping the orphans to increase energy,regulate the relationship between parents and children,promote social participation and optimize their social support.Finally,the author reflects on the service process,and puts forward the conclusion that helping individuals improve their psychological quality and optimize social support is helpful to solve the psychological problems of orphans in diaspora.
