A Study On Case Work Intervention In Psychological Adjustment Of The Only-child-loss Parents From The Perspective Of Resistance

In China,the only-child-loss parents are a large and special group.They face multiple psychological dilemmas and urgently need to rebuild their lives.Based on the perspective of resilience,this article explores the psychological status and causes of the only-child-loss parents,and uses the method of case work to intervent in two of them to explore the risk factors and protection factors that exist in their individual and external environment and help them adjust psychologically by increasing their resistance levels.First of all,this article is based on old service projects undertaken by a social work agency,and taking 28 individuals who lost their only child in Z Street in Hangzhou as the research object and qualitative research as the orientation.The semi-structured interview method,participatory observation method and non-participation observation method are combined and analyzed.Then the article analyzes their grief,evasion,and despair during the period of denial,and guilt,regret,inferiority,and decadence in the confrontation period,and the loneliness,worry,and compensation shown during the reorganization period.The article also summarizes its causes from the perspective of resistance: from the perspective of personal characteristics,the first is the poor physical and mental conditions of the deprived,the second is the lack of self-efficacy of the deprived.And from the perspective of the environmental background,one is that the family of the bereaved is under great economic pressure,the other is the lack of emotional care in the community,and the third is that the household registration management is chaotic.Secondly,the author selected typical cases Aunt W and Aunt H on the basis of self-assessment tests on resilience and psychological status through community recommendation,social worker discovery,and the client's initiative to seek help.Under the guidance of resistance theory,according to the five steps of receiving and establishing relationships,collecting data and problem judgment,setting goals and work plans,service plan implementation,closing and evaluation,case work intervention,through the use of case talks,empty chairs technology and other methods help the client Aunt W to release her depressed emotions,improve her grief,guilt,and worry,and guide her to face her current life with a positive attitude;help the client Aunt H with emotional comfort through companionship,life history review Improve his decadent,lonely psychology,and be able to re-examine the current life.Finally,the article draws research conclusions,conduct reflection,and propose countermeasures.The research in this paper finds that the psychological problems of the only-child-loss parents are obvious,and the psychological adjustment needs are obvious;different parents who have lost their only child have different psychological needs and resilience,and their individual intervention goals and implementation priorities are different;the effectiveness of casework intervention in the psychological adjustment of those who have lost their only child is obvious;and the perspective of resilience has significant advantages.Case intervention reflection includes ethical reflection and professional reflection.The former includes value neutrality,human relationships and professional relationships,and the latter includes the professionalism of social workers,the multiple roles of social workers,and the continuity of individual intervention.At the end of the article,three suggestions are put forward: one is to demand-oriented and provide differentiated services;the other is to promote the psychological adjustment and intervention of casework to those who have lost their independence;the third is to take a multi-pronged approach to communities,social organizations,governments and society.
