Since the reform and opening up and the modern economy, China has gradually developed vocational education as an important way to promote economic development, promote employment,and improve people’s livelihood, solve "three rural" issues,then put forward to focus on secondary vocational education,and support industrial development, such as "ten major plans". Special emphasis should be focused on supporting the development of vocational education, modern service industry, strategic emerging industries, modern agriculture and other fields, and provide a strong guarantee for the development of secondary vocational education. In recent years, with the strong support of the government and education administrative departments and the community, the Panzhihua economic and Trade Tourism School’s basic ability and the construction of teachers team has been developed. In the future, the development of the school, the need to promote and lead the external forces, with the help of the creation of a national secondary vocational education reform and development demonstration school, can make the whole school teaching staff to further update the concept of education, change the work ideas, accelerate the pace of reform, in keeping the scale of the same time, pay more attention to the development of connotation and characteristics. On this basis, the paper studies the obstacles of the process oriented curriculum reform in Panzhihua, and the main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part, explains the background, significance, research methods and contents of the course reform of secondary vocational education.The second chapter of the work process oriented curriculum reform to the requirements of the secondary vocational school. This paper summarized the requirements of the course reform of the work process oriented curriculum reform in four aspects of the environment construction, organization management, teachers and students of secondary vocational schools.The third chapter is the analysis of Panzhihua economic and trade tourism work process oriented curriculum reform. This paper expounds the background of the course reform of Panzhihua economic and trade tourism, the reform conditions, the content of the reform and the current situation of the reform.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the obstacles in the reform of the curriculum reform of the vocational work process. From the external environment, organizational management, teacher factors, student factors and curriculum resources, and other aspects of the analysis of the work process oriented curriculum reform of the hindering factors.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the factors of hindering factors in the reform of the process oriented curriculum in the vocational school. This chapter differentiates and analyses the reasons of causing obstructive factors.The sixth chapter of the work process oriented curriculum reform hinder factors. From five aspects of the external environment, organizational management, teacher factors, student factors and curriculum resources, this paper puts forward the measures for improvement.The seventh chapter is the summary of the conclusions of this paper, and points out the direction of further development of this paper.Through the research of this paper, we can further deepen the understanding and deepen the understanding and deepen the theoretical research on the curriculum reform and the curriculum reform of the secondary vocational course, and provide the reference value for the further development of Panzhihua economic and trade tourism school.
