Curriculum teaching reform is the core and innovation source of vocational education reform in China.Nowadays, the structure and setting of vocational education curriculum are still dominated by subject curriculum, which focuses on the integrity of knowledge and ignores the connection with the real world of work.It is the key and difficult point for the development of secondary vocational education to build a diversified and effective secondary vocational education curriculum system and improve the quality of secondary vocational classroom teaching. The course development based on the working process is suitable for the characteristic of "career".The action-oriented teaching implementation takes the specific working process and task as the direction and focuses on the cultivation of students' vocational ability.Combined with the observation of lectures, questionnaires and interviews, this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the current teaching status of "tour guide service" in secondary vocational schools, and finds that the teaching of "tour guide service" is theoretical but not practical. The course content is updated slowly, the teacher-centered teaching is short of connection with work practice, the students' career goal is vague and their autonomy is weak, and the course evaluation mode is single and open. The reasons are as follows: teachers lack the awareness of goals and students, course developers are not professional practitioners, teachers lack practical experience and understanding of students, students have weak awareness of career development, and the evaluation system of secondary vocational courses is not perfect.Based on the survey results, this paper analyzes the characteristics of process-oriented curriculum development to overcome the existing problems in the curriculum.By gathering the roles of travel agency managers, senior tour guides, tourism professional teachers, curriculum theory professors and so on to understand the tour guide profession and the course of "tour guide business",a "work process-oriented" course framework of "tour guide business" in secondary vocational schools was developed based on the guide work process and core tasks.Taking "tour guide's explanation in scenic spots" as an example to implement action-oriented teaching, and summarizing some teaching Suggestions from the feedback of teachers and students: make clear the course objectives and analyze the learning situation accurately;Pay attention to the arrangement of time, place and equipment; The moderate principle of teacher guidance;Flexible use of a variety of teaching methods;Create an open teaching evaluation environment. It is concluded that the course "tour guide business" in the secondary vocational school, which is developed based on the working process, implements the teaching based on the action and integrates a variety of teaching resources flexibly,is helpful to improve the quality of classroom teaching. In the course, the work knowledge of tour guide is integrated into the secondary vocational courses, which strengthens the connection between the tourism service theory and the work practice of tour guide, and enhances the classroom practice. In terms of teaching, the secondary vocational students are more close to the tour guide position,so as to understand its working process, and mobilize the enthusiasm of students and professional identity. To a certain extent,it is beneficial to solve the contradiction that the tourism enterprises lack talents and the secondary vocational tourism graduates have difficulty in finding jobs.
