AbstractMoral Education is to teach people how to behave. As the m ost important one among "Five Educations", Moral Education is an important aim of the school education and also lays an important foundation for people’s growth. W ith the deepening of education reform, Moral Education has been pla ced atop priority in promoting Quality Education.But for a long time, the reality of Moral Education in the schools is:it is very important but also very easy to be ignored and neglected; it is often mentioned by people and also often makes us feel helpless; it is time-consuming but always thankless and poor-effective. That’s why "Moral" and "Behavior" of our students have become dubious mismatch.As a school manager, I found there were some problems in Moral Education in m y school. Where the school is located in the city of Chengdu Sanhuan suburbs with the Ministry, mainly in charge of the school moral education and curriculum development, in the reflection in real work found in moral educati on of teachers’ resources consciousness is not strong, the student main body participation consciousness of moral education is not strong, parents and the community focus on school moral education to build understanding does not reach the desi gnated position, and this kind of school development and regional characteristics have strong universality, in order to change the present status, the author choose the school where the carry out the action research. Through reading and analysising a lot of the research results of the literatures on domestic and foreign Moral Education curriculum resources, I have found there were some good results about experienced Moral Education in the past, but researchers got very little insight into its original ecological kernel and behavior intervention. The research on community Moral Education resources mainly concentrates on its definition, classification, value and the necessity of its deve lopment. Through combing and analysising the existing research and literature, I have got a lot of ideas and inspirations for my study. So basis on th ese, I made some surveys of Experiencing Moral Education among all the teachers and parents and found the content, the ways, the scene and resource consciousness of Moral Education in my school all has certain shortcomings. And a fter studying, I have got some new effective results on how to limit the unplanned resource development, how to have plans to use and develop scientifically resource, how to have effective management, how to arrange the curriculum resources systematic, structured and practical, how to ma ke good use of the maximum benefit of resourcesto build a new form of School-based Moral Education al activities by changing the status of arbitrariness and subjects and by forming a certain material library and letting the students emotion into the scene, invi ting experience, so as to improve the effectiveness of Moral Education in my school.
