The reproductive experiences is inevitable halt in female’s occupation development,which break down the female’s occupation development and also result a great loss of cost and brought many problems to enterprises.Especially those professional women, compared to the typical woman,they are the precious resources by their over-valuation of human capital for enterprises. They have the knowledge, ability, strong independence, more selectivity,so their career planning may be changed by their reproductive experiences easily.No companies want to bear the cost of their reproductive experiences, but had no time to get them higher value. On the basis of reading literatures about reproductive experiences and female’s occupation development,the paper summed up most of the factors affecting the female’s occupation development be caused by reproductive experiences, in order to abstracted major factors based on factor analysis method.Meanwhile, the female demographic variables are introduced by the research to study the reproductive experiences influence on female’s occupation development process and to evaluate significant impact.The results show that part of female demographic variables has a significant impact on occupation evaluation factors and occupation evaluation factors, regression in knowledge、physiological factorsn psychological factors and the subconscious’s conflict had contact with the females’occupation. The physiological factors and psychological factors have a decisive influence. Every influence factors of reproductive has positive correlation contact with every occupation development evaluation factors,but the degree of influence are different.This paper is intended to help professional women understand, adapt and cope with the effects of reproductive experience, and minimize the effects.which is beneficial to the enterprises understanding the characteristics of the period of reproductive experience better, timely arranged female’s work, providing local recommendations for the human resource management practices, targeting to achieve win-win situation of enterprises and females.
