Positive psychology is a new resesrch direction in the field of psychology, which emphasize not only the problems of people or society, but also the positive power and positive inner qualities of people.It’s main part of resesrch turn from the traditional pathology issue to the Subject Well-Being healthy and so on, which is quite squared with the development of modern society and people’s own desire, so it have made great achievements in the field of psychology, what’s more, the idea also have infiltrated into psychotherapy、education sociology、management economics and all kinds of Social Studies. This research put the Positive psychology into the school sports, use positive sports teaching to express the effect of school sports in promote students’positive inner qualities. We let the first central primary school in Changning District of Shanghai be the main object of the thesis, and measured the personality, the mood and the body self-esteem of students after three-mouth teaching experiments, then tested the role and effectiveness produced by positive sports teaching. We finally get the research results as follows:(1)Positive sports teaching have very notable effection in shapping children’s positive personality, especially on creativity、sincere、love、friendly、interpersonal、justice and dedication.(2)Positive sports teaching can arouse children’s positive mood effectively, mainly reflect in happiness and study satisfied, it also made children have more positive affection than negatively.(3)Positive sports teaching can guide children have deeper recognize of their body self-esteem, which is quite helpful to develop their sport abililty and positivity.(4)The effection to different grade children of positive sports are different, there are differents in some parts of personality、emotion and body-esteem, which is closely to the characteristics of the physical and mental development of children.(5)The effection to only-child and non-only-child of positive sports teaching are different, especially on tolerant of personality and learning satisfaction of emotion, which is closely related to the personality made by their growing environment. (6)The effection to different gender children of positive sports teaching are different, especially on sincerity and new soul of personality, but there is no difference in positive emotion and body-esteem, which is closely related to the gender growth characteristics.
