As the core content and main means of school education,classroom teaching affects the effectiveness of education and teaching from a class to a school and a region to a great extent.Because classroom teaching is so important,in a sense,it has naturally become the consensus of educational administrative departments,schools,teachers,parents and even students to ask for quality from the classroom.Therefore,for a long time,the evaluation of classroom teaching has been regarded as the main content of educational evaluation.Various evaluation scales for classroom teaching have emerged and are widely used in teaching and research activities.As far as s County in Kashgar region is concemed the education management department also recognizes the importance of using classroom teaching evaluation form in teaching and research activities,especially in listening and evaluating courses.Therefore,the county has formulated a unified classroom teaching evaluation form and distributed itto all schools.Through the investigation and analysis of junior middle school Chinese teachers in the county,the author found that the classroom teaching evaluation form cuirently used in the county pays too much attention to how teachers ensure and improve the efficiency of achieving teaching objectives in the classroom.On the surface,it seems to pay more attention to the realization of teaching obj ectives,but in fact,it ignores the dominant position of students and the whole process of teaching input,process and output At the micro level,it ignores the unique needs of the nature of Chinese discipline,the cultivation of students' core literacy of Chinese discipline,and the emphasis of literacy and writng,reading,writing and other modules in Chinese teaching Finally,it is not invalid,but tends to be inefficient whether from the attitude oft eachers towards it,from the survey results of teachers and students on Chinese classroom reading teaching or from the operation of the three elements of evaluation index,index weight and evaluation standard in the evaluation index system.If we want to change the current low efficiency,the first problem is to re-examine how to organically combine the evaluation index system with Chinese classroom reading teaching from the perspective of effective teaching and explore the strategy of constructing the evaluation index system of Chinese classroom reading teaching in junior middle school,so as to guide the final establishment and continuous adjustment ofthe system in the future.This research is mainly carried out from the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which expounds and analyzes the proposal of the problem,the research background,the purpose and significance ofthe topic selection and the definition of core concepts,then reviews the research on effective teaching and teaching evaluation system at home and abroad,and finally explains the research methods and research ideas used in the research process;The second part,the first chapter,investigates the use of the classroom teaching evaluation form in S County,Kashgar region.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of the classroom teaching evaluation form,and then carries out expert interview and teacher-student questionnaire survey on the classroom teaching evaluation form obtains the survey results and analyzes the reasons;The third part,the second chapter,as a pure theory chapter,mainly studies the influence of effective teaching theory on the construction of teaching evaluation index system,and systematically studies the influence of effective teaching theory on the construction principle,evaluation index,index weight and evaluation standard of index system;The fourth part,the third chapter,combined with the reality of Chinese teaching studies the needs of Chinese classroom reading teaching in junior middle school in the process of constructing the teaching evaluation index system,mainly studies the nature of Chinese curriculum,the core literacy of Chinese discipline,and the special needs of reading teaching for the construction of the evaluation index system;The fifth part,the fourth chapter,based on all the research before the article,summarizes the construction strategy of the evaluation index system of Chinese classroom reading teaching in junior middle school that is,paying attention to the scientificity of the system itself the purpose of the use of the system,the unique nature of Chinese discipline,the realization of the goal of reading teaching and the continuous improvement of the system.
