The teaching of classical Chinese has long been the focus of Chinese teaching in senior high schools,and the teaching of function words in classical Chinese is an important part of classical Chinese teaching.To master classical Chinese,we must first correctly understand the meaning of the words,and in particular,we should correctly grasp the usage and meaning of the functional words.Functional words in classical Chinese enjoy its own particularities and importance.The number is small while the frequency of occurrence is high,and the usage is flexible and diversified,which makes it not easy to grasp.Therefore,the teaching of the functional words is the focus and the difficulty in classical Chinese teaching.Moreover,functional words in classical Chinese are also an important part of the college entrance examination.However,there are still many problems in the practical teaching of functional words in classical Chinese in senior high schools,and the academic research on the effective teaching of functional words in classical Chinese is not enough.Therefore,this paper believes that how to realize the effective teaching of functional words in classical Chinese is an issue worth further exploration.The paper is based on the status quo of the teaching of functional words in classical Chinese in senior high schools,the research status of the predecessors in related fields,related theories of linguistics and pedagogy and the current;"Chinese"textbook published by People Education Press.From the perspectives of the development of the functional words,the effective teaching of the teachers and the effective learning of the students,with"Zhi",the most common functional words in the textbook,as the example,the paper tries to explore the strategies and methods that can improve the effectiveness of the teaching of functional words in classical Chinese,thereby providing some help and inspiration for the teaching and learning of functional words in classical Chinese.
