This paper combines a new round of high school curriculum reform and "General High School Physics Curriculum Standard (Experiment)", and through in-depth learning and understanding of the "National Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)" and "National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2020 2010)", I carried out teaching effectiveness research in the daily teaching of physics. This paper studies from the following two aspects. First, learning from the student’s point of view, reform classroom teaching by the fourth tier bundled management mode of group cooperative learning and improve the students’ cooperative consciousness, promote the comprehensive development of students. Second, from the perspective of teachers’teaching, reform classroom teaching by using the methods of learning plan teaching and refine the knowledge and problem-solving methods of classroom teaching, and improve the enthusiasm of students in learning physics and the physics classroom attention.
