Phenomenon of migrant workers since the late 1970 s, China ’s economic reform and institutional change in the product. With the implementation of the household contract responsibility system, the city’s economic restructuring, the rise of private and individual economy, the influx of foreign capital and population movements to lift the yoke of a large number of rural " surplus labor " into the cities to seek non-farm employment opportunities, migrant workers has become an independent, large group, for the city ’s construction and development has made important contributions, greatly promoted China’s industrialization, urbanization and modernization. However, due to the dual market structure of China’s urban-rural divide and conquer formed in the planned economy era, the majority of groups have been long marginalized in the mainstream of the community outside the city, has become the city’s marginalized and vulnerable groups, it is difficult to enjoy the existing urban society social security and services, difficult to integrate into urban society.In this paper, a review of a large number of domestic and foreign literature, in-depth understanding and integration of migrants, migrant workers into urban conditions and the promotion of migrant workers into urban society and other issues related to doctrine, and its analysis and evaluation. Difficulties and combined Chongqing University " of migrant workers into the research community issues " related to the research group and questionnaire surveys, integration of migrant workers in urban communities were clearly understand, discover the identity of migrant workers in integration, cultural integration, and other aspects of psychological integration cause analysis, and the use of intervention in social work perspective to look at the problem, and ultimately the use of Social Work empowerment empowerment theory, ecological systems theory to intervene and make relevant policy recommendations.Finally, a reflection on studies that reflect on the shortcomings of the study, including the need to increase practice time and adding more quantitative research so that more scientific research.
