With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous acceleration of urbanization, migrant population has been paid more and more attention by the government and the community as their participation in urban construction and economic development. However,a large number of migrant population not only brings pressure on the service and management of urban communities, but also has many practical problems in community integration, such as difficulty in equal access to social resources, less opportunities to participate in community affairs, inadequate support, recognition and respection due to professional status, income levels and behaviours. The existence of these problems will lead to the conflict and estrangement between migrant workers and local residents, and even affect the stability and harmony of the community and society.Based on the needs of the integration of migrant workers in the community, this study explores the current situation and dilemma of migrant workers in the aspects of political, economic, cultural and society in the process of integration into the community, and through the methods of social work to carry out series and systematic services for migrant workers and their communities to help migrant workers better integrate into the community and achieve community integration. On this basis, this paper abstracts and summarizes the practice and experience of social work service intervention, and puts forward the social work service strategy of the integration of migrant workers in the community.Based on the theory of social integration and the perspective of social work, this study takes the S street in Guangzhou as a case study to analyze the current situation of community integration and the problems faced by migrant workers. The study adopts literature, interviews and questionnaires as the main research methods.Among them, the interview method is used to conduct in-depth interviews with those related to the study, such as staffs of the subdistrict office and community residents' committee, social service organizations' staffs who provide services to migrant workers, the representatives of migrant workers, learning about their views and service suggestions on the issue of current migrant workers' communityintegration. The questionnaire method is mainly used to grasp and analyze the trends and preferences of the problems, needs and service suggestions encountered by the study objects in the process of community integration. The author finds that the political factors are mainly caused by macro-policy design and migrant workers can not equally enjoy social resources and lack of learning, understanding and using the policies and regulations. The economic factors mainly include occupational employment, income level and social security that can not achieve the ideal state. The cultural factors are mainly the identification of migrant workers' identity and the difficulties of adaptation and interpersonal contradictions caused by cultural differences. The society factors are mainly the social service and social management that fail to meet the needs of the migrant workers and the difficulty of constructing the local social support network.Focusing on the needs of migrant workers, based on the regional development model, the author designs the integration service project with the method of community social work, promotes the realization of community integration, and has achieved some results.Through the research, the author summarizes the social work service strategy of the community integration of migrant workers with the intervention method of community social work, and puts forward the social work service model of "four integration dimensions and three service levels",so as to help migrant workers better achieve community integration.
