Discussion as a way of teaching supported by modern technology is a new study in recent years and there is less corresponding assessment method.The study,based on the course of Technology Philosophy in Education, in the light of teaching activities in the support of QQ group designed for this course,design a set of performance assessment plan and is corrected by the performance of the students in class.In the process of evaluation scheme design, in the first place, by analysisng the whole situation of activities, determined the relationship between online and offline activities, meanwhile determined the participating subject in the evaluation and the evaluation weights of the subject in the evaluation system. As for the design of the online part of the evaluation take the curriculum teaching requirements for test index.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the online activities, determined the Assessment indicators of the group leader and ordinary students in the online activities. For the part of offline, on the basis of the discussion method studied by Stephen Preskill and Stephen D. Brookfild, we made a conclusion of 43 characteristics that a good discussion-based teaching should have. In the design of evaluation indicators for group leader, we analyzed the task of the group leader, combined with the 43 characteristics summed up, designed the evaluation index for group leader.To the ordinary students, we,in view of results about Study of the debate in learning sciences and the 43 characteristics, designed the evaluation index.In the design of whole rubric,we added the personal characteristics as an indicator to remedy the disadvantages in preliminary analysis.At last, discussed with teacher to determine the weight of each part and form the final evaluation scheme. The evaluation scheme is consist of three rubric of student performance; the design of the preparation of the rubric before using; the design of methods in using and the dos and don’ts.We have practiced three times through the whole study process in one term.In the process of practice, we have revised the form of evaluation questionnaire to makt it more convenient in the practical work and solve some problems in the process of using and understanding of the rubric. In the end, determine the final version described in chapter four and confirm the reliability from the perspective of scorer reliability.
