As a new teaching tools, electronic schoolbag to effectively promote the information technology education reform. Electronic schoolbag is by its huge teaching resources, scientific teaching platform architecture characteristics of teaching are obtained. Therefore, in today’s electronic schoolbag pilot widespread application, need to use scientific and reasonable evaluation index system, the electronic schoolbag environment situation of classroom teaching, further reflects the electronic schoolbag in the teachers’ teaching process and the role of the students’ learning process, and detect the restraints on teacher’s classroom teaching effectiveness, to promote the improvement of teaching quality.This research adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, observation and case analysis, classroom teaching situation of electronic schoolbag environment and teaching activity is analyzed, and based on the pilot school teachers and students in the interview, understand the present situation of the application of electronic schoolbag, as well as the influencing factors of the classroom teaching of electronic schoolbag, summarizes the electronic schoolbag environment observation point of classroom teaching, and combining the relevant theories to study, put forward under the environment of electronic schoolbag construction scheme of classroom teaching evaluation index system.The study is divided into five parts: The first part mainly aimed at the status review research issues, starting from the research background and reviews the status quo, discusses the theoretical and practical significance of this study, determine the research methods of this article, and the research framework of this article was finally determined. The second part is the introduction of related research theory and the concept definition. In this paper, we define the electronic schoolbag, evaluation of classroom teaching and the concept of electronic schoolbag under the environment of classroom teaching. And the cognitive development theory, the evaluation of the theory of multiple intelligences theory, analytic hierarchy process and the teaching application of electronic schoolbag function theory is summarized.The third part is to follow the basic principles and steps to build evaluation index system of the classroom to observe, from the perspective of the application of electronic schoolbag to the analysis of classroom teaching, and a large number of existing classroom teaching based on electronic schoolbag at home and abroad for reference, the related research results, the preliminary evaluation index is established. Using the method of experts, through expert questionnaire, the initial set of indicators to modify and perfect. Through matlab and excel software for data processing, and by using the analytic hierarchy process and expert questionnaire, weights of indicators of electronic schoolbag under the environment of the construction of the evaluation index system of classroom teaching.The fourth part is after establishing evaluation index system of electronic schoolbag, evaluates the application of electronic schoolbag in the classroom teaching activity, to ensure the teaching evaluation index system is scientific and practical. Respectively based on the evaluation of the case is<line,segment, ray>, linear and<led home rabbit>, two case calculated through evaluation of the evaluation results, and the results are analyzed and compared, and prove that the evaluation index system has a certain scientific and practical.The fifth part is the summary of the research content. To further summary of the research conclusion, at the same time, the article’s innovative, research prospect of research and related, in order to deepen the knowledge structure in the future study.This paper constructed the electronic schoolbag under the environment of the classroom teaching evaluation index system, to a certain extent, reflects the classroom environment, based on the electronic schoolbag interaction of teachers and students through the electronic schoolbag. The research results can provide a line of teachers master the teaching situation, improve the teaching quality to provide more intuitive. At the same time, also provide the basis for education administration and evaluation of the school.
