With the formal announcement of the General High School physical and Health Curriculum Standards(2017),the curriculum goals,content,methods,and evaluations which are led by the core competencies of the physical education and health subject have been formally established.Facing the new curriculum concepts and curriculum goals,the present case of evaluation system in senior school physical teaching will never expect to cater the demand of curriculum reformation.Therefore,constructing a classroom teaching evaluation system in high school physical subject based on the core competencies has become the main purpose of this research.For fabricate a scientific and easy-to-go index system to evaluate,as well as come into play the impact of guidance,diagnosis,and reaction in classroom teaching evaluation and expedite students' key competencies,the main contents of this study are as follows:Firstly,the study was carried out by methods of documentation to analyze the literature,so as to study out the classroom teaching evaluation and preliminarily draws up the index system to evaluate in high school physical teaching based on the subject key competences.Then the study compile an expert questionnaire based on the preliminary index system.Secondly,this study used the Delphi method.The author solicited suggestions for revisions to the index system from teachers which are in the field of colleges,senior schools and physical researchers,and modify the index system to evaluate in class instruct better in high school physical teaching.Thirdly,according to the index system evaluation in senior school class teaching,a questionnaire of the pairwise comparison in each index was compiled.The author solicited suggestions on the importance of the index from experts and used the analytic hierarchy software to complete the numeration of the index heft at every rank.It formed the evaluation scale of high school classroom teaching based on the subject core competence finally.Fourthly,the author conducted a pragmatic research on the evaluation sheet.The author used the picture recording method and chose four observers to evaluate one physical class according to the evaluation scale of high school classroom teaching based on the subject core competence.Through this study,the author obtained the following conclusions:(1)The frame of the physical evaluation index system of senior high school covers four first-rank targets namely teaching design evaluation,teacher's teaching evaluation,students learning evaluation and classroom environment evaluation.And sixteen targets in the second rank and forty-nine targets in the third level are also coved in the system.(2)Through the practice,the evaluation scale of high school classroom teaching in physical subject has a certain effect on guiding and diagnosing of the high school physical teaching.
