Experiment of physics teacher literacy problem has always been an important problem of physics teaching, and research of physics teachers teaching ability is a very important topic. Along with the continuous renewal of the new curriculum reform idea, more and more higher to the requirement of students physical experiment ability, it also calls for the junior middle school physics teachers’ experiment quality and more comprehensive. At present, the study of physics experiment teaching is already very mature, but few on the study of experiment of physics teacher literacy, especially the teachers’ experiment quality standards to establish the influence factors of experiment and teachers.First, this study physics experiment teaching of the existing research background, literature review, the present situation and problems of physics curriculum reform at home and abroad to select appropriate research method, put forward the research purpose and meaning; Second, determine the index system of experiment of physics teachers literacy and prepare the questionnaire, select the different grade, the different teaching age, different education and different titles and urban and rural in-service physics teachers as the research object, the experimental investigation for in-service teachers’ attitudes, investigation content from experiment knowledge, experiment skill, experiment teaching ability, the belief of the experiment four aspects; Again, in order to measure the influence factors of experiment of physics teachers ability, set up new standard in the questionnaire asked students 20 will do the experiments as the research content, mainly to explore the teachers in the treatment of the action class experiment, measurement experiment and explore the way of experiment, and the influence factors of the experiment concluded that teachers from different angles. In combination with the practical situation of physics teaching effective Suggestions are given finally.The influence factors of experiment about teachers mainly has four aspects: the degree of teachers’ experimental knowledge and ability, the school’s attitudes towards physics experiment and laboratory construction for the attitude and experiment of physical chemistry experiment, students learn the situation feedback and social for physics course evaluation of some relevant system. This study combined with the students, teachers, school teaching, high school principal, and the expert questionnaire, on how to improve teachers’ experiment quality effective Suggestions are given: from the perspective of teachers themselves, physics teachers should constantly through self-study, training and competition and so on ways to improve their experimental accomplishment; From the perspective of the school, the school should increase capital input to the physics laboratory, updating experiment equipment, perfect for teachers’ experimental ability evaluation system; Physical experiment from the point of view of students, teachers and the exchange, students actively experiment information feedback, to improve teachers’ experiment quality has important influence; From the point of view of society, students’ physics course of relevant departments on how to appraisal is from set out actually, normal school should also literacy as one of the standard of assessment of physics teachers and the experiment.
