The core literacy of sports disciplines is composed of athletic ability,healthy behavior and sports morality.Improving the core literacy of physical education discipline has become a difficult point in current education.The Zhejiang Provincial Teaching and Research Section practiced the “Technology-Physical-Utilization” 3D unit plan for physical education classes,and designed “single body exercises”,“combination exercises” and “games or competitions” for classroom teaching.This article refers to the “provincial program”.teaching methods".This paper uses the experimental method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to study the teaching effect of the "provincial outline" teaching method of primary school physical education.Two classes in the fourth grade of the Second Experimental Primary School in Jiangbei District of Ningbo City were randomly selected as experimental subjects,and the two classes were separately taught in the “Provincial Outline” and traditional physical education.The corresponding data were measured before and after the experiment,and the experimental conclusions were obtained by statistical analysis.Experimental results:1.In terms of athletic ability,the two teaching methods have significantly improved the scores of the “50 meters” and “sit-ups” for primary school students,and the improvement is almost the same;the results of the two teaching methods in the “jumping rope” project for primary school students Both have improved,but the "provincial outline" teaching method is obviously better than the traditional physical education teaching method.2.In terms of health behaviors,the “provincial outline” teaching method has significantly improved the “sports awareness” and “environmental adaptation” of primary school students;the traditional physical education teaching method is not obvious in these two aspects.There are significant differences between the two teaching methods in “understanding health knowledge”,and the “provincial outline” teaching method has been significantly improved in this respect.The two teaching methods of "emotional regulation" have the same effect.3.In terms of sports morality,the "provincial outline" teaching method has significantly improved the primary school students' "active aggressiveness","team coordination" and "correct winning and losing views".The traditional physical education teaching methods have improved in these aspects,but the effect Not obvious.Both teaching methods can significantly enhance the "honest and trustworthy" of primary school students,and the improvement effect is roughly the same.4.The "provincial outline" teaching method is more obvious to the primary school students' physical education core literacy,more suitable for the physical education classroom teaching of the majority of primary schools,should promote the "provincial outline" teaching method,and continuously improve and improve in the actual teaching.
