Under the national policy of "rejuvenating the country by science and education"and "building an innovation-oriented nation",the development of our country’s science has always been in a high speed.The goal of science education is not only the dissemination of scientific knowledge,but also the cultivation of people with scientific literacy and innovative spirit.Science cannot be separated from experiments,the cultivation of students ’scientific literacy and innovative spirit is inseparable from innovative experiments.While the present situation of experimental education in China’s basic education has many problems.Such as the experimental nature lacks the research experiment,which lacks comprehensiveness and innovation.Secondly,the number of experimental activities,teaching form a single,lack of practicality and fun.Moreover,the teaching idea only emphasizes the education of knowledge,and lacks substantial attention to the cultivation of students ’ ability and interest.Finally,the experimental evaluation to a large extent rely on paper and pen testing,lack of process evaluation and performance evaluation.Combining educational goal orientation and experimental education reality,this research aims at exploring innovative experimental education practice which is suitable for cultivating students ’ scientific literacy.The research content has three:Firstly,the connotation and the definition of the innovation experiment;Secondly,the development and implementation of the physics innovation experiment;Thirdly,the influence of the innovation experiment on the students ’ scientific attitude.This study is divided into two parts:theoretical research and empirical research.Theoretical research consists of two parts.The first part,through the analysis of the new orientation of the international education aim,and the definition and intension of the Innovation experiment,combining the STEM education idea,the scientific inquiry education Idea and the "unconventional" physics experiment course idea.Specifically speaking,scientific literacy education is the main content of international scientific education goal.Attaching importance to the cultivation of innovation and practical ability is the new orientation of students ’development of core accomplishment.The definition of innovative experiment is oriented towards science,based on the aim of cultivating students’ scientific accomplishment,focusing on the idea of multidisciplinary integration and solving problems,focusing on the scientific practice of cultivating students ’ creativity and practical ability on the basis of learning scientific knowledge and skills.It is characterized by comprehensiveness,innovation,practicality,practicability,standardization,time,interest and openness.It is divided into three kinds of innovative experiments to solve new problems with new methods,innovative experiments to solve old problems with new methods and old methods to solve new problems.The second part,based on the constructivism theory,the Situational learning theory and the theory of creativity cultivation,design and construct the activity mode of the innovative experiment.The empirical research is based on 116 students majoring in physical education,and carries out innovative experiment training,which is to develop innovative experimental activities courses for middle school students.Some results are produced as by-products in the process.In this paper,three cases of the case show and analysis,respectively:Optical communication,liquid surface tension and visible charge and discharge.In order to verify the effect of innovative experimental activities on the cultivation of Students ’ scientific literacy,the researchers made a survey using the Colorado Learning Attitudes about Science Survey for Experimental Physics(E-CLASS).The research conclusions are as follows.First,the innovation experiment is a feasible student science accomplishment training practice;second,open scientific inquiry is helpful to the development of students’ creative ability and practical ability;Thirdly,innovative experimental activities can promote students ’ scientific attitude,especially in cultivating students ’ belief of problem-solving,ways of solving problems and awareness of communication and cooperation and interest of scientific experimentation.The innovation experiment should pay attention to the cultivation of student’s scientific attitude.
