After entering the 21st century, the talent competition is fierce, the countries are put forward for education to improve students’ scientific literacy. Therefore, in school education, how to improve the scientific literacy of students into a new round of education reform should be the first problem. to solve. Physical science as an important part of natural science, cultivate the students’ physical science literacy has become the important content to improve students’ scientific literacy. Physics is an experimental science, physics experiment is an important study content of physics discipline, also is an important means to enhance students’ physical science literacy.This paper studies from two parts of theory and practice. Theoretical part of the study is as follows:First of all, this paper defines the scientific literacy, physical science literacy. Through consulting relevant literature, investigation and study of scientific literacy status quo at home and abroad, analysis of combing different scholars and organizations to explain the connotation of scientific literacy, divide the connotation of scientific literacy to four dimensions for the scientific knowledge, scientific processes and methods, scientific ability, scientific spirit and attitude. Based on physical science is part of the natural science, physical science literacy is related to physical discipline of scientific literacy, this paper discusses the relationship between scientific literacy and physical science literacy and discusses the contents of physical science. Second, the correlation of experiment teaching promote students’ physical science literacy is analyzed. In under the guidance of constructivism concept of knowledge and teaching theory, the sorting of high school physics experiment content, and to each kind of physics experiment promoted, the essay discusses the role of physical science students, put forward all kinds of physics experiment teaching to enhance students’ physical sciences literacy strategy.The practice part of the study is as follows:First of all, the preparation of the middle school students’ physical science literacy questionnaire and survey analysis and investigation. In reference TBSL scale, international PISA, the citizens’ scientific literacy survey NSF scale and definition of physical science literacy, from four dimensions created students’ scientific literacy questionnaire. Use of the questionnaire on the status quo Zaozhuang City, the second high school physical science literacy of high school students to investigate the level of students’ understanding of scientific literacy and physical problems. Secondly, according to the survey, and put forward the strategy of combining scheme, design experimental teaching case and teaching practice to enhance students’physical science literacy. Dynamic understanding of the experimental results by observing the students’ active participation, questions answered, experimental operation and the deal with the problem, etc. Finally, reflect on the designed and practical of experimental teaching and sum up experience of gradually improve students’ physical science literacy, to improve first-line teachers engaged in physics teaching high school physical science literacy.
