The Research On The Postgraduate Education Of Student Satisfaction

With the popularization of higher education, people gained extensive attention of graduate education service. As one of the main body, the degree of satisfaction with the graduate students is becoming an important aspect in the evaluation of the higher education service quality. Engineering as one of the key majors in Colleges and universities, has became a cradle which can provide researchers and practical operators,especially cultivating engineering.This article combines the method of qualitive and quantitative, involving the graduate student satisfaction survey theory research and empirical research.The full text is divided into four parts:Part one: Introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance, the definition of the basic concepts, the review of related literature at home and abroad,the theoretical basis and innovative features.Part two: Research design,including the design idea and questionnaire research content, and research methods. Specific to a university in the province engineering professional degree and academic degree graduate students as the object, and the students have to learn the professional experience and evaluatio n index, through to them to learn the professional satisfaction investigation and study.Part three: According to the sample of the questionnaire and data analysis, are that the overall situation of the satisfaction of the school of engineering specialty, to make a study of student satisfacting from seven aspects of hardware equipment, curriculum, teachers, practice exchange, employment prospects, and to master professional degree in an engineering discipline researching postgraduate student satisfaction and academic degree graduate student satisfaction do the summary analysis, draw the overall and the index of the University of engineering professional student satisfaction, and compared.Part four: We can draw the conclusion through the analysis in order to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Engineering postgraduate education in the future:establish a relatively feasible academic exchange platform, to create a good learning environment, active academic atmosphere; and academic master, professional master should be relative, cultivating and improving the "academic level" and "occupation ability"; to perfect the subject curriculum, pay attention to the basic and frontier content ratio,appropriate increase practice proportion; perfect the employment guidance, improve information providing system, timely solve related doubts; optimization management team configuration, spare no effort to strengthen the teachers troop construction, guarantee the postgraduate education quality. Change the engineering professional part and deficiency of existing problems, in order to improve the recognition and satisfaction of students, provide an effective reference for the reform of engineering specialty and thespecialty development and adjustment.
