“Do the people’s satisfactory education” was firstly put forward in Sixteenth CPC National Congress and its claim formally established tenet that education is serving for the people. “Do the people’s satisfactory education” has been a theme for educational transformation reports of Seventeenth CPC National Congress and Eighteenth CPC National Congress, even has been guiding theory for medium and long term education transformation and development planning of country. Faced with new situations and tasks, “Do the people’s satisfactory education” has been a hot topic in society. “Do the people’s satisfactory education” and its related exploration have been a research focus for education researchers and experts. “Do the people’s satisfactory education” is not only a word, but also a country education will to take action. Taking word to action is not only request of politicians but also is responsibility for educators. But in order to take this word “Do the people’s satisfactory education” into action, it is required to consistent efforts and supports from politicians and educators.Current thesis aims to take word of “Do the people’s satisfactory education” into action. Premise is to explain the meaning of the word, but the key point is to take this word into action. This action is to respond to “Do” in “Do the people’s satisfactory education”. “Do” is an action which can be realized by three separate but closely related subjects: launching by government, abiding by society and conducting by school.The whole thesis consists five chapters and main points are as follows:The first chapter is introduction that contains reasons for choosing this topic, research value, research summary, research thinking and method, research incentives and features etc.The second chapter is to explain the theory of the word of “Do the people’s satisfactory education from social foundation, theoretical foundation.The third chapter intends to paraphrase the word of “Do the people’s satisfactory education” by understanding “the people”, “satisfactory” and “education”separately. It is to paraphrase this word with general definition of conceptions, features, meaning and reference.The forth chapter attempts to discuss conducting dilemma and outcome of the word of “Do the people’s satisfactory education”. The operating plight is illustrated from policy level, resources level and school level. The result of carrying out this word is argued concretely from education opportunity, education resources and education quality levels.The fifth chapter aims to take the word “Do the people’s satisfactory education” into action and emphasizing “Do” in “Do the people’s satisfactory education” is an action, and “Do” is the crux. It needs to respond accordingly to how to “Do” from government, society and school.
