Study On Government Mechanism To Support And Encourage Private Education

With the development and improvement of market-oriented economy in China, education run by the local people has been developed rapidly and has become a part of educational undertaking.However, some contradictions and problems in systems and mechanisms are becoming fetters in education run by the local people, which needs continuous, healthy and harmonious development. In view of the present situation, the thesis strives to base on china's actual condition, and draws on the experience of developed countries in how to develop private education. From the angle that the government should support and reward education run by the local people, using the methods of authentic proof, taking government public management as theoretical foundation and the developing condition of education run by the local people as practical basis, the thesis analyzes the reason why governmental mechanisms in supporting and rewarding education run by the local people are not dynamic. The thesis puts forward some theoretical ideas and analyses, which are based of facts and widely accepted. It studies how governmental mechanisms can stimulate, balance and monitor education run by the local people. It also provides system and policy basis for keeping the mechanisms functioning.
