| Affected by the development trend of population aging,the issue of old-age care has become a social issue related to the harmonious development of China's society.The improvement of the quality of life of the elderly is not only related to their own happiness in their later years,but also plays a vital role in the maintenance of the family system and the stable operation of the country.At the same time,with the growing problem of old-age care and the transformation of traditional concept of old-age care,various types of old-age care institutions have also emerged.Different from the elderly in the home care and community pension,the elderly in the institution pension are special groups in the elderly group.Their later life will be affected by many aspects such as family and old-age care institutions,and the quality of life is difficult to be guaranteed.Since most of the old-age care institutions in China are still in the initial stage of development,they cannot meet the professional conditions of pension in hardware and software.In particular,most nursing homes pay attention to the physiological aspects of the elderly and neglect the psychological demands of the elderly.Therefore,the involvement of social work is particularly important.On the one hand,social work helps the elderly to correctly understand themselves,build self-confidence and enrich their spiritual life through the intervention of the elderly;on the other hand,through the intervention of the nursing home,the nursing home can recognize the shortcomings in the development process,and then continuously improve and continuously improve.This study takes the case of the LN nursing home for the elderly in the H city,and analyzes the quality of life of the elderly in the nursing home.From the perspective of its own professional knowledge,it hopes to improve the happiness of the elderly in the nursing home.This paper has four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly includes research background,research purpose,research significance,literature review,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is the narrative analysis of the current status of LN pension institutions.It mainly consists of two parts.The first part is to explain the general situation of the nursing home.In this part,the main system describes the nature of the nursing home,the geographical environment,the land area,employee organization framework,and services provided by the organization;The second part focuses on the problems of the nursing home in terms of enterprise management and construction,employee development,social work positioning and old-age services.The third chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of the quality of life of the elderly in nursing homes based on the results of field research.It is learned that the quality of life of the elderly in this nursing home is mainly affected by the four factors of economic conditions,spiritual culture,physical condition of the elderly and nursing homes.The influence of economic factors on the life of the elderly is mainly restricted by several factors such as urban-rural differences,family economic conditions,and the cultural level of the elderly;The influence of spiritual and cultural factors on the quality of life of the elderly is mainly caused by differences in the personality,lifestyle and attitudes of the elderly;The influence of health factors on the life of the elderly is caused by the joint action of the elderly's physiology,psychology,family and society;The constraints of the nursing home factors on the life of the elderly are reflected in the four aspects of hardware facilities,cultural activities,food quality and accommodation prices.The current situation of the elderly in the nursing home and the one-sided concern of the majority of nursing homes in the country for the elderly's life services,The fourth chapter of this study is mainly divided into two parts.The first part is mainly based on the development needs of the elderly in terms of interpersonal relationships,social participation in the elderly,and poor psychological correction,intervened in the daily life of the elderly:On the one hand,through the work of the group to enrich the life of the elderly in their later years,broaden the network of social relations;On the other hand,through case work,the client is able to comprehensively analyze existing problems and continuously improve them,thus helping the client to restore self-esteem,self-confidence and improve the quality of life.However,the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly is a gradual process,in which the social workers and the staff of the nursing home are required to work together.The second part mainly describes the c;ountermeasures and suggestions for social work involved in the old-age care institutions,it is hoped that the institution's elders will be provided with a harmonious and happy retirement environment from the aspects of employee development,enterprise construction and resource linlks.The last part is the conclusion,which is a summary of the full text,which also analyzes the shortcomings and regrets of this study.Through the investigation of the quality of life of the elderly in the internship institution,the researchers hope to attract attention from all walks of life to the quality of life of the elderly in the public welfare homes,and then accelerate the construction of an active old society. |
