Following the further deepening of the reform in China, the continuous improvement of agricultural productivity and sustaining urbanization, a rapidly increasing exodus of migrant workers from their homes flooding into metropolis left their children. However, inevitably, a series of social problems ranging from social stability to livelihood emerged subsequently due to the substantial migrant flow. Take the so-called "left-behind children" issue. Those kids obliged to stay at home have triggered a host of problems and contradictions can not be ignored. In the short run, asocial personality, high incidence of school bully could appear, these negative effects are the very factors tending to induce minor crime or some individuals of them to be trapped in a vicious cycle growing up to be physically violent and convicted of anti-social offenses in the long run. Besides, they are liable to be vulnerable on account of the lack of direct protection and education from parents.Nevertheless "left-behind children" is not equivalent to "problem children" Actually, people are hard-wired to regard left-behind children as representative of negative and learn the concept of "left-behind children" and other related issues in the light of subjective experience or some irresponsible media reports. It turn out to build the impression of "problem children". Put it another way, some media tend to fabricate the misleading image of "left-behind children" somehow. It, to some extent, results in some useless means causing immediately the group negative and biased evaluations. It should be recognized that "left-behind" is not just the only reasons for left-behind children issues, a series of factors ranging from society, politics and economy devote themselves to the knot. However, those labeled left-behind children could still exhibit great creativity, potential and possibility dedicating themselves to corresponding constructions and developments if appropriate guidance and assistance could be available accompanied by keeping a firm hand on those situations above. To meet this challenge, albeit there are still huge gaps in the solution referring to lots offacets which could not be addressed at short notice, definitely, school education which is the first and most feasible step would takes center stage. Undeniably, from the perspective of children, parents are the irreplaceable abecedarian, especially, when children began to set up their outlook of life, value and world. Those passive effects following the absence of parents could erode the construction of them. Furthermore, not a few caregivers perform less competently on interactions for problem solving on psychology and study or thoroughly ignore the venting of children even taking it for granted. Given all these constraints, school education system could be a prescription ensuring the health and development of those left-behind children. Some related studies had shown that, as but the tip of the iceberg, the opportunities of education, learning performance and the physical and mental health of "left-behind children" virtually showed worse compared with those "non-left-behind children" in general and the amount of the long-term adverse effects have led to drawing attentions from all walks of life among our society to the state, not least the highlighted situation of how to guarantee that these children could complete their compulsory education favorably.Education is the cornerstone of national power deciding the future of our country and the improvement on population quality. Children have been playing the role of hope dedicating to the national capabilities.
