In the 21st century, the modern technology with the core of information technology has provided a promising impetus for the development of the education. Information technology has been impelling a series of profound reformation of education thinking, education content, education method, means of education and so on. Now the total training aim of the teacher education in China is training the teachers who are equipped with information ability and can adapt themselves to the modern Education. The students in normal universities supply the education with new teachers, so we should improve the information ability of normal universities' students for the whole level of the teacher.The highlights of this dissertation are as follows.1, A thorough analysis of the information ability actuality of the normal universities' students in our country. Through the questionnaire inquiry and literature inquiry, we find what most of the students have been equipped with and what they have still been lack of.2, Through literature inquiry, the author differentiate some confusable definitions, and analysis the relation between the teacher professionalization of normal universities' students and information technology, then conceive a measure form of information ability of normal universities' students, which concretely classify information ability by five subjects: information read ability, information reflection ability, network communion ability, information manage ability and information instructing ability.3, analysis the emphases in the measure form, systemically think over the three factors in the training of information ability, which are universities, subject teachers, training teachers of information ability, and then raise relevant training strategies aiming at their respective characteristics and behavior.4, design relevant schemes to bring the strategies into practice, and collect and analysis the information in the process, then find the students have strengthened their comprehension of conceptions, and improved their computer ability, network communication ability and information process ability. But most of students still have no contact with network study. So we should go on our hard studying and working.
