A Research On The Cultivation Of Professional Ideal Of Normal College Students In Normal Universities

With the deepening of higher education reform and the education of normal students,the proportion of normal students in college students has increased year by year.Normal colleges and universities are an important base for cultivating high-quality teachers.They are constantly conveying a batch of qualified teachers with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.The cultivation of vocational ideals is one of the long-term educational contents of teachers' colleges.It occupies an important position in educational structure and has significant practical significance.At present,the vocational ideal of normal college students in normal universities is good as a whole,but there are different degrees of lack in the training of normal college students in normal universities,which is worth the attention of all walks of life.This article is guided by the theory of Marx doctrine,Drawing on the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,Through the investigation of the current career ideal of some normal students in Teachers' colleges,the relevant information is widely collected.Focusing on the "vocational ideal of normal school students",the research on the cultivation of normal college students' career ideal is carried out.The analysis is carried out from the following four parts.The first part expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research on the cultivation of Normal University Students' career ideal.First is the theoretical significance of enriching research contents,providing theoretical support and promoting discipline development.Secondly,it is of practical significance to promote the development of Ideological and political education in normal colleges and universities,to improve the quality of normal students in normal universities and to promote the healthy development of normal college students in normal universities.The research status quo,main contents,key points and difficulties and innovation points of the study are comprehensively reviewed.The second part expounds the importance and necessity of the research of Normal University Students' career ideal cultivation,that is,the significance of nurturing.Thispaper defines the connotation of "normal students' vocational ideals" and "cultivation of normal college students' professional ideals".This paper discusses the main contents and significance of nurturing normal college students' professional ideals.The third part,based on the actual investigation,analyzes the current situation and causes of Normal University Students' career ideal cultivation.First,it analyzes the current situation of normal college students' career ideals.Then,based on questionnaires and interviews,the problems existing in Normal University Students' career ideal cultivation are analyzed.Finally,it analyzes the main reasons for the problems existing in the cultivation of normal college students' professional ideals.The fourth part,aiming at the problems found in the third part and the reasons for the problems,put forward the countermeasures.The party and the state do well in the top-level design for the cultivation of normal students' professional ideals.The society creates a good environment for the cultivation of career ideals,Teachers' colleges shoulder the main responsibility of cultivating their professional ideals.Families support the cultivation of career ideals,and normal students play the role of demand oriented.
