The exercises are one of the most important way to promote students’reading of textbooks,and ther are a very important way for students to effectively consolidate the knowledge and skills,grasp the thought and method,and form the mathematical ability and accomplishment.The quality of exercises is an important index to measure the quality of math textbooks,which directly affects the quality of students’ learning.Therefore,it is necessary to distinguish the merits of the exercises,evaluate the relevance of the exercises,and judge the actual se of textbook exercises when a version of a math textbook problem set is required.In order to scientifically,accurately and reasonably evaluate the exercises in primary school mathematics textbooks,it is necessary to establish an evaluation method.Based on the related literature.In this paper,an evaluation index system is established based on relevant literatures.Then,using the designed evaluation index system,this paper evaluates the applicability of the exercises in Qingdao elementary school mathematics textbooks,and interviews the teachers who use the Qingdao elementary school mathematics textbooks.This study determine the for primary indicator systems,which are the relevance of the exercises and the content of the textbooks,the relevance of the exercises and the students,and the relevance of the exercises and the teachers.,the relevance of the location and location of the school,and a number of secondary indicators are set under each primary indicator.Through the text study and the subjective evaluation of the teachers on each secondary indicator,the author found that the overall performance of the mathematics textbook exercises in the Qingdao version of the elementary school was good,but some aspects of the exercises were relevant to the textbook content,students,teachers,regions,and schools.The adaptability is poor.There are some problems during use:First,some unit exercises are not reviewed enough.Second,the types of certain unit exercises are not rich enough and some are monolithic.Third,some units of the exercises hierarchy is not very obvious.Fourth,the labeling of exercises level and difficulty is not obvious.Fifth,some unit exercises can not help students to train their thinking ability.Sixth,the background of some unit exercises does not match the students’living environment.Seventh,the number of exercises in some units is less and the difficulty is not high.Eighth,the practical activities involved in some exercises are not conducive to the development of students’ spare time.According to above problems,I put forward specific suggestions on the revision and use of Qingdao textbook exercises:First,each unit’s exercises are equipped with "comprehensive practice" module exercises.Second,the level of some unit exercises should be more obvious.Third,the level and difficulty level of the exercises should be clearly marked.Fourth,the types of exercises should be more abundant.Fifth,the relevant experimental equipment for students should be equipped with hands-on exercises.Sixth,the background of the exercises should be appropriate to the actual life of the students.Seventh,enhance the connection between the exercises and the corresponding knowledge points.Eighth,appropriately increase the number and difficulty of some unit exercises.Ninth,textbook managers and writers should communicate with the users of textbooks in a timely manner.
