| The education of immigrated pupils are widely concerned by the society.They have no good pre-school education because of their economic or household registration problems.When they entered the primary school, it caused a variety of problems in learning behavior.Based on the above reasons,This thesis will deeply study the immigrated pupils’ learning behavior.Through the analysis of questionnaire and interview, this study reveals the current situation of classroom learning behavior of immigrated pupils. And explore the factors behind the problem of learning behavior, and from the point of view of teachers, to improve and promote immigrated pupils to develop learning behavior.After the overall situation of the questionnaire, "Learning motivation" won the highest scoring average, "cooperative learning" to get the lowest average score."Learning motivation" performance is relatively good; "learning attitude"of the problem is more serious in the preview before class, after class questioning and will state;Independent learning behavior", teachers need to pay attention to the notes, attention and the situation of speaking;"Cooperative learning behavior",the problem is mainly concentrated on the task allocation of students.Using independent-sample T-test and ANOVA, "grade" and "learning achievement" are the main infuential factor of learning behavior.On the basis of theoretical analysis and investigation,put some forward suggestions for the improvement of immigrated pupils’ classroom learning behavior, mainly includes three aspects: first, focus on grade differences, in order to "fun" promotion; Second, pay attention to individual differences, in order to "teach" promotion; Third,pay attention to regional differences, with "love" education. |
