With the teaching of national education curriculum reform unceasingly thorough, the school has more curriculum autonomy, diversity of the school curriculum gradually. In June 8, 2001, the Ministry of Education promulgated the "basic education curriculum reform(Trial)", the implementation of national, local and school three levels of curriculum management. The study and practice of "school-based curriculum" all schools carried out like a raging fire.The school-based curriculum is to make up for the national curriculum, local curriculum is based on a set of problems, meet the students’ individual and diverse needs of school curriculum resources development and its surrounding. The school-based curriculum in the process of development, can not independent and self-contained, and must and national curriculum, local curriculum integration, in the run in with one another to find commonalities, presenting a personality, together form the school-based curriculum system, in order to highlight the characteristics of school education, improving the overall education quality. The fusion of the three factors to consider, teaching content, teacher class, comprehensive distribution etc.. In practice, combining school-based curriculum in what areas need with the national and local curriculum? What obstacles and resistance will link? How to solve these problems? To school for how to build the school curriculum system, and how to operate? And so the question is the focus of.Theory of school-based curriculum construction based on the S primary school as a case, the school based on the "culture of calligraphy education" school-based curriculum system construction of participatory case study.
