Research On The Self-interest Factor Of Voluntary Service Among The University Students

The 18th plenary session of the communist party of China put forward to stimulate the vitality of social organization, to support and develop the organization of the volunteer service, so as to promote the further development of voluntary service in China. As a social volunteer practice, volunteer service is not only a pursuit of human good moral sentiment and spiritual, but a good chance to improve oneself, which meet the requirement of the essence of modern civil society. University student volunteers are an important part of our youth volunteer, they play a vanguard role in all kinds of volunteer service activities. Since the volunteers after the first year, volunteer service practice have nearly 10 years of development and the social events and even have a significant impact on people’s life. In college students, to participate in volunteer service has gradually become a kind of fashion. While, many problems still have been found. From the view of tradition, the voluntary spirit should embody the high moral concept rather than the selfishness, thus some volunteers are to be blame for their individual interests that does not conform to the real volunteerism, which will bring great psychological pressure to volunteers, causing the bad effect on the enthusiasm of college students to participate in volunteer service activities. Therefore,how to scientifically master the essence of the volunteer spirit with the right attitude; how to make full use of the reasonable benefit factors so as to encourage the university student volunteers the formation of service consciousness, improve college students’ volunteer service participation enthusiasm, provides the intrinsic motivation for volunteer service activities, promote the volunteers and the long-term healthy development of volunteer service activities, which has become a big important topic under the new situations.This paper mainly discusses these issues in these following aspects:The first part is introduction, mainly introducing the research background, significance, and the status at home and abroad as well as the innovations and shortcomings of this study.The second part is the analysis of the volunteer spirit and their egoism orientation, which will make the theoretical basic for the study of the egoism of the voluntary service among the university students. The third part makes a general introduction of the participation willingness of the universities students. The fourth part is mainly for the moral evaluation and the enlightenment of foreign volunteer service of the university students’ participation willingness. The Fifth point mainly from the view of the volunteers to participate in volunteer service benefit factors should pay attention to the problem of system design, and improve the operation mechanism of volunteering service in China.The Sixth part is mainly discusses about the research conclusion and research prospect.In this paper will focus on the second, third, fourth part.
