The paper aims at the phenomenon that many companies can’t recruit college graduates whose occupational quality can satisfy the needs of contemporary enterprise and society, and researches on the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. Through analyzing the present situation and achievement of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges both at home and abroad, including future development trends, the paper summarizes the existing problems of the ideological and political education first class in higher vocational colleges in our country, regards the modern enterprise "6S Management" method as the breakthrough point, and researches on higher vocational colleges’ ideological and political education in the second classroom. At the same time, the paper defines the connotation of ideological and political education the second classroom, analyzes the innovation meaning and advantage carrying out the second classroom in higher vocational colleges ideological and political education. The paper thinks and analyzes that the specific content of "6S Management" method, the implementation method and how to transplant and apply to the ideological and political education in high vocational colleges second classroom, takes the application of modern enterprises "6S Management" to the dormitory culture of Anhui ZHONG-AO Institute of Technology as an example to introduce the practical operation and method. Through summarizing application results, the paper points out that taking the "6S Management" method is a effective methods and means of perfecting and enriching the practice content of higher vocational colleges ideological and political education second classroom, making innovation the patterns and ways. At the same time, the paper proposes that the "6S management" is a continuous improvement process, we must stick to application, and points out the deficiencies of the paper.
