Research On Enhancing The Students' Ideological And Political Education Based On Classroom Teaching And Management

Ideological and political education is one of the important missions of the College Education.Classroom teaching is the main channel and front of the ideological and political education;at the same time,classroom management is the beneficial protection and effective complement of the ideological and political education.Nowadays,ideology of college students have changed profoundly,including fluctuations caused by the geographical environment,learning circumstance,family background and self-psychological changes.Starting with the advantage of classroom instruction and management,the relation of ideological and political education,with the combination of of college students' thinking and behavioral characteristics,the thesis analyses the affection of Ideological and political education caused by classroom teaching and management.And it tries to find out the effective ways to improve students' ideological and political education from both the teachers and students sides.In the structural arrangement,the thesis consists of four parts.The first part discusses the concepts of classroom instruction,management and its basic elements.The advantages of classroom teaching are systematic,targeted and long-termed;while the advantages of classroom management are timely,participatory and educational.From the two aspects,the professional ideological and political education classes and other specialized courses,the second part analyses the roles of classroom teaching and management in the ideological and political education.In the third part,according to the summary of new era "90" generation's mind of college students,the challenges faced by the ideological and political Education were analyzed in more detail.In the fourth part,from the perspective of teachers and students,the thesis proposes the effective ways that can enhance ideological and political education in the classroom teaching and management.Teachers should strengthen to play the leading role,and the specific measures are:First,we should strengthen the relationship between the teaching content and the ideological and political education.Second,we should enhance the vitality of ideological and political education by using advanced means.Third,we should create a strong,positive ideological and political educational environment.Fourth,we should strengthen the influence of objective factors that teachers' personal charm and achievements to students.From the student's point of view,we should stimulate students' awareness of subject;it is necessary to respect the subjectivity of students,encourage their creativity and propose students' self-education and self-management.
