Under the background of new curriculum reform, ideological and politicalcurriculum in senior high school is closer to the students’ life reality and pay moreattention to humanity and training modern civilians for the social development.However, while the exam-oriented education is still the top priority today, it is easy tosee that the current political lessons are still knowledge-centered not through activemanagement activities to promote effective exchanges and cooperation. This situation,resulting in the gap between classroom management and classroom teaching, causedthe low efficiency of classroom management.This study would like to change the teachers’ classroom management andimprove the effectiveness of it. The key point is to complete the transformationbetween maintaining classroom order to guiding classroom order. That meansteachers should strive to create a positive classroom atmosphere of learning, and toestablish a common target of classroom management and learning vision, theformation of cooperation, sharing, and actively explore the classroom learningcommunities, and change the whole classroom learning.The study clues of the paper are: exploring politics classroom deeply; usinganalysis comprehensively, including literature analysis, classroom observation,interview, questionnaire investigation, case analysis and other methods; lookingthrough the ideological and political classes in the existing management problems;putting forward some construction strategies of classroom management to providesome feasible suggestions for teachers.
