The Analysis On The Scale Of Financial Education Funds In Shandong Province

This article is based on our country’s economy in the new normal economic structure adjustment and development mode change, to build an innovation-oriented country, and adhere to the education priority development strategy, through the analysis of the scal e of financial education funds in Shandong Province, combined with the level of economic development in Shandong province,and compared the scale of financial education funds for the transverse and longitudinal, to find out the gap between the scale of financial education funds in Shandong Province and other provinces in the national average and the existing problems, and the scale of financial education funds of Shandong Province supply and demand is forecasted in 2016, then put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through analysis financial education funds in Shandong Province on the size of the overall trend, historical trends, the proportion of change, embrace change and relevant data, the result shows that financial education funds in 2010 in Shandong Province used to slow growth, since 2010 it has obvious growth trend; Financial education funds and a share of GDP is lower, financial education spending as a share of GDP has been below the national average in 1998-2013, and with other provinces there is also a big gap; Nces financial education funds is low, ordinary institutions of higher learning elementary school of China embrace budget and expense budget public funds are below the national average in 2014, and on the back rank in our country, in junior and high schools,the national average is relatively small gap. In addition, compare with eastern coastal areas and economically developed Jiangsu Province,both the total financial education funds and every stage of education in Shandong Province still exist a certain gap.This paper also makes use of SPSS statistical analysis software to predict the financial education funds of Shandong Province on the size of the supply and demand in 2016. Through data analysis and understanding of the various aspects of information, it mainly affected by local financial revenue level, scale of students, policy makers, other financial expenditure, the characteristics of education investment, funds supervision and other multiple factors.Then put forward from the angle of guarantee of financial education funds to carry out the education priority to the development of countermeasures and suggestions, in order to give the government of Shandong Province some reference value when they make education policy, increase education investment, to ensure the priority to the development of education, and improve the quality of education in Shandong Province.
