The Students’ Power Security Research Based On College Students’ Satisfaction Survey

Higher education has been implemented by the "elite" to "popularization" of development. Along with the process of higher education cost sharing mechanism is also changed, higher education is no longer a "free lunch", higher education charge system has been gradually recognized by the broad masses of students and their parents. Higher education charge system is widely used in some ways, means that the roles of students has been unconsciously changed, became the "consumers" of higher education service main body, thus the higher education of college student has the power to a satisfactory service.Students and teachers, administrative personnel constitute the three main activities in colleges and universities, the three main body of higher education three big activity respectively corresponds to the colleges and universities of the three powers, namely the student power, academic power and administrative power. In efficient internal governance, three power did not break the power of the "troika" neck and neck operation mechanism, student power cover between the other two big mainstream power became three big power running short. The decline of students’ power in the operation of the power mechanism is difficult to form effective containment and restriction in the process, lead to college internal authority imbalances, made by examing the healthy and stable development of colleges and universities. Hence the need about the present situation of university students’ power to have a clear positioning and understanding, to find out the cause of the students’ power is difficult to place, to take targeted measures to restore the students ought to be features of power.Based on the analysis of the situation of power in high school, choose the student satisfaction this relatively new perspective, trying to in theory and logical argument power present situation analysis of correlation between the university student satisfaction and student. During the period of thesis writing, the author in the search of literature, innovative ideas, design the questionnaire, on the basis of investigationand interview, data analysis on the in-depth understanding of the research problem and understanding, through the present situation of students’ power satisfaction questionnaire depth analysis of the current situation of students’ power.This paper use SPSS software to the questionnaire on the basis of reliability analysis, factor analysis was carried out on the collected data and the analysis of the differences, factors influencing the students status satisfaction of power can be divided into school management, development, service guarantee, students who study the perception and loyalty four factors, summed up the students present situation of power, and to further explore reveal the path of the student power. Finally, through the factor analysis and weighted calculation, this paper argues that satisfaction with the present situation of university students’ power of 68.5%.
