| Multiple subject collaborative governance is the core essence of university internal governance and also an important link in the construction of university internal governance system.Students are the most basic elements for the survival and development of universities.As the core interest subject in the university,students should participate in the university internal governance and become the backbone of the governance pattern of multiple subjects.At present,there are still many shackles for students to participate in the university internal governance,such as the shallow level of participation,the narrow field of participation,and the unclear definition of students’ rights.Therefore,how to give full play to the subjective rights and status of students’ participation,scientifically and orderly participate in the university internal governance is the most important thing to promote the university internal governance.This study uses reference analysis to capture the latest research hot spots at home and abroad by reading relevant reference.Based on stakeholder theory and human-based management theory,it confirms the student’s subject status and governance role,and discusses the rationality and necessity of students’ participation in the internal governance of the university.Secondly,this study using questionnaire method,combing the research results of scholars at home and abroad and refining the influence factors of existing research.To verify its effectiveness,this study focuses on the current situation of students’ participation in the university internal governance and the influence factors of students’ participation in the internal governance behavior of the university,develop scales,design questionnaires,conduct surveys,and understand Understand the actual participation of students in the university internal governance from the five dimensions of student participation,participation in cognition,participation in content,participation channels,and participation feedback.At the same time,under the guidance of the theory of planned behavior,we set up a model of the influence factors of students’ participation in the internal governance behavior of the university,and design the influence factor questionnaire from the seven dimensions of participation attitude,participation motivation,participation feedback,participation system,subjective norm,perceptual behavior control and behavior intention,which is intended to test the differences of various variables in demographic variables and further analyze the influence factors of students’ participation behavior.By using SPSS21.0Statistical analysis tools for social sciences,the validity analysis,variance analysis,regression analysis and correlation analysis of the recovered data are used to verify the validity of the factors affected.The study found that the current students’ participation rate in the university internal governance is low,the participation cognition is insufficient,the participation intention is low,the participation level is shallow,the participation channel is more concentrated.Subjective norms,behavior intention,perceived behavior control,participation motivation,participation attitude and participation feedback all have a significant impact on students’ participation in the internal governance behavior of the university,and the participation system has no significant influence on students’ participation in the internal governance behavior of the university.Accordingly,in order to enhance the practical effect of students’ participation and stimulate students’ motivation to participate in the university internal governance,this study attempts to construct the internal governance mechanism of students’ participation in universities,puts forward feasible proposals such as establishing the concept of student participation in governance,perfecting the internal governance system of universities,perfecting the mechanism of student participation in governance,optimizing the framework of student participation in governance action,and constructing an equal dialogue mechanism.Deepen "student participation" into the consensus of higher education governance,and continue to implement the value concept of democratic management,strengthen students’ sense of identity and belonging.Encourage students to actively participate in the internal university governance,enhance their awareness and desire of participation.At the same time,it provides new ideas and ideas for further promoting the modernization of university governance system and governance ability,perfecting the construction of university system and improving the effectiveness of university internal governance. |
