The Research Of College Student’s Legal Cultivation Under The Horizon Of Comprehensively Implementing The Rule Of Law

Since the Fourth Plenary Session of Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the comprehensively implementing the rule of law is becoming an important mode and development path in governing the country,the results of the legal construction is related with the fate of the whole Chinese nation more closely.The college student as the builder and reliable socialist successor,shoulder the responsibility to promoting national legal construction.Therefore,how to improving college student’s legal cultivation effectively,making its have the thoughts of legal,advocating the spirit of legal,using the comprehensive abilities to solve problems with the thoughts of legal properly has becoming an important topic of college student’s legal education.The author attempts to take Chongqing city as an example,to explore the existing problems and relevant solutions in the college student’s legal cultivation under the horizon of comprehensively implementing the rule of law.This paper uses literature research method,sums up the related research in domestic and overseas where about the college student’s legal cultivation research systematically,to combing the relationship between comprehensively implementing the rule of law and the college student’s legal cultivation on this basis,to clarifying the relevant concepts of the college student’s legal cultivation further.Adhering to the scientific nature of academic research,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyze the present situation of the college student’s legal cultivation in Chongqing city,and then from three aspects of college student’s subjective initiative,the legal education in colleges and informal attribution of the legal culture to identity the reasons.In premise of grasping the positive experiences and insufficiency in college student’s legal education which at domestic and overseas clearly,the author combines the actual conditions of the legal education in Chongqing city to promoting countermeasures of the college student’s legal cultivation.The countermeasures mainly from five aspects:first,improving the system of the legal education in colleges;Second,stimulating the subjective initiative in colleges;Third,with the help of the legal education in families and communities;Fourth,functional departments need to strengthening the supervision of law in network and the public opinion guidance;Fifth,using the positive experiences of legal culture in domestic and overseas for reference.The author hope to provide a little reference and advice by improving the overall level of college student’s legal cultivation through the research of this paper.
