To Comprehensively Promote The Study Of Rule Of Law Education For High School Students In The Context Of Governing The Country According To Law

The fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee stressed the requirement to promote the rule of law comprehensively.In order to achieve the goal of strengthening the legal concept of the whole people and promoting the construction of legal society.The legal education of senior high school students is becoming more and more important.The legal education of senior high school students is helpful to solve the problems.But there are still a lot of problems and challenges under the background of the rule of law education of high school students.In order to keep up with the pace of he requirement to promote the rule of law comprehensivelyt,we need to strengthen the law related education in senior high school students.High school students of legal education is a systematic project,cannot do without the joint efforts of the state,the society,family and other parties.According to the rule of law education of high school students' situation,the author thinks that at the national level,our country should increase the attention and investment,the school should play the leading role,and the rule of law education should create good environment for high school students,high school students themselves should play their initiative and enthusiasm.This paper mainly includes three parts.First of all,this paper discusses the rule of law in the context of the rule of law education for high school students.The first part is the main content of the rule of law education for senior high school students.The second part is the importance of the rule of law education for senior high school students.The third part is the inevitable requirement of the rule of law education for senior high school students.Then,from the social factors,school education factors,high school students' own factors,family factors,four aspects of the problem of the rule of law education of senior high school students are discussed.From the social factors,the strong influence of the traditional rule of man and the rule of law environment is not ideal.From the aspect of school education factors: the first is the education emphasis on the rule of law education is not enough,the second is the form of education is single,thirdly,the level of the Faculty of law education for high school students is not high,the fourth is the school's legal environment.In the end,some methods and skills for solving these problems were brought forward.Firstly,our country should pay attention to the top-level design of the rule of law education.Secondly,high schools should play a leading role in resolving these problems.Thirdly,it is useful to create a good environment for the role of the law education.The last but not least,senior high school students need to strength their law education consciously.
