Private colleges counselors at ordinary times are very busy, they not only to education student’s thought, psychological counseling students. To manage and guide the study life of college students, they are the communication bridge of schools and students, but also departments to convey the spirit of education important bridge. Compared with other professional teachers, private colleges counselors on the importance of the school and they do not have the responsibilities and pressure than they. But to teachers and counselors contrast can be seen that private colleges counselors social recognition is not high, the work and life pressure big, low salary, training, promotion and other issues in private colleges counselors team is not stable, flow ratio is big, the counselor in changing jobs, other jobs and school teachers flow ratio is relatively small. Which not only hinder the development of private colleges growth and progress, also go against the whole the progress of private education. Therefore, how to stabilize the team become a problem to discuss our society.The study mainly used literature method, comparative analysis, questionnaire survey method and interview method. Through the three private colleges in Chongqing instructors and students, the questionnaire survey to respectively from two different dimensions of students and instructors to the experience of the counselor, understand their ideas, again by interviewing the school counselor, a deeper understanding of their helplessness and demands, so as to find out the cause of the private colleges and universities instructors unstable, and run by the local stability of counselor team ’ suggestion is put forward.
