Since the promulgation of the "Private Education Promotion Law" in 2002,private higher education has achieved rapid development and rapid progress,which complements the national higher education system.The state strongly supports the development of private education,and the development space of private colleges and universities is further expanded.Private college counselors,as an important part of private colleges and universities,are at the forefront of students' ideological and political education and are the core strength for students' overall growth and success.The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: We must work hard to achieve a satisfactory education for the people and accelerate the pace of professional development.This is an opportunity for the development of private education at this stage,and at the same time put forward higher requirements for private college counselors.However,due to the special school-running system and social recognition of private colleges and universities,in recent years,private colleges and universities generally reflect that the team of full-time counselors is relatively stable,the turnover rate is high,and the high turnover rate of college counselors leads to the education management of students.Lack of continuity,the healthy and sustained development of private colleges and universities has been seriously affected,which has hindered local economic development and cultural construction.This paper chooses A private college counselors as the research object,mainly to influence the stability factors of counselors as the starting point,and through reviewing the related theories such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment,the paper selects the topic,related literature,research methods and theoretical knowledge.And so on constitute the main structure of the paper link.Through the interviews and questionnaires,the data collection and text analysis of the stability of A private college counselors were carried out.Based on the investigation basis,the key elements affecting the stability of A private counselors were found,and the work of A private college counselors was completed.Actually and self-study orientation,using the theory of employee satisfaction,summed up and improved the optimization measures for the stability of the private school's guide team,reduced the turnover rate of the counselors,promoted the professional development of the counselors,and solved the ideological and political education of the students.Sustainability,thus promoting the rapid and stable development of A private colleges and universities.The study found that the stability of A private college counselors is affected by many factors,including social system defects,school incentives and training mechanisms,the comprehensive quality of counselors and the low comprehensive quality of students.In order to solve the problem of the stability of the counselor team,the first element is to improve their satisfaction with the work and improve the organizational commitment to stabilize the team of counselors.The optimization strategy includes improving the social system,improving the counselor's incentive and development mechanism,Improve the counselor's own comprehensive quality and students' comprehensive ability and other channels,learn from the foreign counselor's professionalization and career development model,optimize the counselor's professional training model,improve the overall atmosphere and environment of the counselor's work,and refine the strategy of A private colleges and universities.When developing the target,it is necessary to fully consider the expectations and demands of the counselors for their own development,optimize the management model,and create a professional and professional development environment.Through the above measures,the stability of the counselor team can be further improved,and the normal teaching order and students of private colleges and universities can be guaranteed.The management work will be carried out to further improve the quality of education and teaching in private universities and enhance their core competitiveness.
