The 18th National Congress requested explicitly moral teaching should be the essential of education so that Socialist builders and successors can be established with an all-round development of morality, intelligence, physics and arts. Meanwhile, physics is an important carrier for teaching morality and it has unique value and function in education area. National Agency for Education,during recent years, has paid increasing attention on the moral teaching thus they has promulgated a series of documents and put forward the relavent requestements as well. However, the lack of transition and consistence, arbitrary, disorder, repeating simply and so on problems are existing in the choices of moral teaching in the country, and they restricted the moral education work in primary and secondary schools as a result. Therefore, it has a profound and realitic meaning to construct a scientific and rational system of moral teaching content in physical education, attempt to make it work so as to promote the development of students.The research object of this paper is the moral teaching system in The Physical and Health of junior middle shcool. On the basic of its moral education content system construction, the moral teaching content will be arranged and analyzed according to three versions of nine textbooks which suited the students between 7 to 9 grade and they are published by People’s Education Press, East China Normal University Press, and Shanghai Education Publishing House. First of all, these content will be built as an idex in line with the policy documents issued by the Ministry of Education, Middle School’s Moral Education Syllabus, the systematically classification made by moral teaching experts, Shanghai edition’s Moral Education’s Integration Studies of Courses in Various Stages, the studies on core competence of Physical Education, and the characteristics of Physical Education. Futhermore, keywords’ frequency, expression methods, characteristics and styles of moral teaching in three versions textbooks have been arranged, inducted, counted and comparative analyzed in order to make different versions complement each other and provide theoretical advices for content recomposing of moral teaching in the future.Through the research, this paper draws the following conclusions:1. The system of moral teaching of the textbooks of The Physical and Health in junior middle school get constructed. This system has four second-rank indexes and they are political education, ideological education, moral education and mental health education, as well as eleven third-rank indexes which are patriotism education, socialist education, world outlook education, life education, values education, social morality, professional ethics, personal morality, social adaptation, will quality and personality psychological quality, along with thirty-one forth-rank indexes.2. The content of moral teaching in the versions of Nation and Shanghai’s the Standard of Physical Education and Health Curriculum is more comprehensive however some content still needs be extended and filled. In compulsory education’s textbook, moral teaching and the education about world outlook are barely mentioned meanwhile these content even not show up in Shanghai’s version.3. The content in three versions both have advantages and disadvantages. As a whole, the version of People Education Press elaborates the purpose of moral teaching according to different sports events so the content is clear and intuitive while the skill of elaboration is quite vulnerable which reflected in the short of consciousness of well organizing. The East China Normal University Press one ties to new course standard idea, and integrates autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning into every single textbook deeply. That will develop students’abilities to exploration thinking and innovation without doubt. At the same time, various forms of content, novel layout designs, implicative and interesting game names(such as "Buttock to Believe", "Concentric Circles", and "Sea Reef") and so on will help to perform the content of moral teaching abundantly and profoundly as will encourage students’ participation and promote their comprehensive moral qualities. The content setting of this version puts the characteristic of students’ mental and physical development into consideration, then teaches step by step, lets students know the values of sports events, the rules of sports and the beauty in sports. Nevertheless, this one is lack of the education on the policy and world outlook. Finally, the version of Shanghai Press House departs the content to elementary two books and advanced three parts, permeates the content of moral education through implicit "doing" mainly. Meanwhile the textbooks were added other fileds of knowledge into physical education by the advanced reading part of sports tourism, military sports, Olympic sports and sports works appreciation,etc. to wide students’ horizon and develop their comprehensive quality subliminally. But on the negative terms, this version is weak on the content setting of moral teaching and underperform on the political education part, for instance, Socialist democratic legal system and the education of basic rights of citizens.Based on the above conclusion, the advices are given as:1. Content on political education can be added to moral teaching appropriately when the Standard of Physical Education Curriculum get revised, so that students can learn the law of physical culture and sports, the system of students physique monitoring, the rules and regulations of school physical education and effect of promoting sport’s development by China’s socialist system in class.2. Implementing the idea of moral teaching into the physical education textbooks. Optimizing the content of textbooks through drawing advantages of content from different versions that’s more applicable to students. The version of People Education Press, for example, is clear and intuitive while that of East China Normal University Press is informative and attractive due to its demonstration of the gradation and progression of content setting. Shanghai version is more innovative and abundant owe to it shows the coalescence between different knowledge.3. Integrating Education of Ideal, Consciousness of devotion, and Self-management, etc. into textbooks properly.
