Teachers’ professional development has attracted by the various countries, and itsdevelopment pathway is more and more diverse. Blog has been widely concerned byeducation sector with as an easy-access and simple-operate platform. The impact ofBlog is also noticed by educational world, there are more teachers to participate in theprocess of writing the blog, so it has been widely applied in the field of education, themost of the current researches have a consensus that Blog has an inevitablerelationship with teachers’ professional development. However, as new work, living,learning and communication whether affect teachers’ professional development, andhow to actually influence professional development,These are the questions on whichthis paper aims to research.This study selected a high click-through rate on a blog of the China Educationsenior secondary school teacher Li Yuzhu as the object of study, trying to show a fresh,detailed cases, and describe a blog on how to affect the his working and living,explore the blog the truth behind the state and the teacher’s blog and the teacher’sprofessional development between the in-depth research and systematic summary.This study focuses on the teacher through the blog on a correct perception of his owneducational practice, evaluation and reflection. It also mentions how Blog assiststeacher’s social communication and collaboration, improves professional level, andarouses teacher’s awaken of self-awareness.This study is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, about fromissues its purpose and meaning, study the literature review as well as the ideas andmethods in the study. The second part is to explain the theory of the blog, teacher’sblog, and teacher’s professional development, including the definition of the relevantconcepts and theoretical explanation teacher’s blog content between the theoreticalinterpretation of teacher’s professional development content as well as teacher’s blogsand teacher’s professional development relational interpretation. The third part is tointerpretation and analysis of the blog, to show the classification and quantity in theteacher’s blog, as well as the course of the blog and analysis of the teacher’s blog. Further discusses the teacher’s blog how to promote the teacher’s professionaldevelopment, also found that problems existing in the teacher’s professionaldevelopment and analyzed its’ reasons. The fourth part is the suggestions of teachers’blog promoting teachers’ professional development. They mainly include the blogpromoting teachers’ self-reflection, strengthening teachers’ professional guide, theintroduction of the education administrative power and building teachers’ blog group.
