Language reading occupies an important position in junior middle school Chinese teaching, and the design of the problem is more important in the teaching of reading. But in the actual teaching some teachers still pay insufficient attention to the question in the reading teaching design, They were experts at replying to questions and do not pay attention to the connection between the problem. never careing about Whether it would be beneficial to the development of students’ thinking.In this paper, we use the questionnaire survey method to find the problems in the practical operation, such as no point in the designed and lacking of logical and systematic,sealing property in the Question designing and so on. The reason is mainly for the teachers’ teaching is influenced by the traditional teaching concept, lacking of understanding of students, weaking of professional ability and so on.In view of the problems appearring in the question design, this paper puts forward three implementation strategies: firstly, teachers should be prepared for the teaching, improve their own teaching quality, summarize experience in the classroom to enhance themself. Secondly, Students’ Study appearance and learning interest should be considered in the course of designing problems, question designing should closely linked to the teaching goal, teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of the students’ ability. Thirdly, teachers should pay attention to the "degree" of the grasp, the problem designed should not only attract students interesting in learning but also meet the students’ needs,then,conform to the law of students’ cognitive learning.The question design is a very important link in the junior middle school Chinese reading teaching, teachers can find their own shortcomings though the question designing And then carrying on their teaching reflection, improving their teaching level continuously, The question design presented in the form of questions in class, which could arouse the enthusiasm of students learning, exercising the students’ ability of language expression and logical thinking.
