Question is the foundation of innovation, innovation becomes possible when people dare to question, good at questioning. The quality education has a stress on the training of the students’ innovation spirit,so the innovation consciousness training is particularly important. The new curriculum concepts advocate students’ subjectivity, see the problem as study power and starting point.Considering the study of process as find, put forward, analysis and solve problems,which is advocated by the modern learning method. Based on students’ innovation consciousness training, the author propose the " instruction based on students’ question—raising ", and take compulsory one course teaching as examples, explore some specific teaching strategies.The object is students of one high school in Beijng, which are better than average students on the level of knowledge and basic skills, in the curriculum reform class. Under the supervision of the tutors,the author implement the" instruction based on students’ question—raising ",choosing the teaching materials of compulsory one which is pressed by People’s Education Press. Results is:student’s study enthusiasm, problem awareness and innovation awareness have greatly improved.Paper has four parts:the first part is putting forward the problem, which introduces subject research background and significance of research topic; The second part of that is related to the definition of the concept and related theory is introduced, and putting forward the teaching principles of the implementation; The third part is the practice, mainly introduce the process and reflection, respectively to concept and theory、the element compound knowledge、experiment courses as examples; The fourth part is research conclusion and enlightenment, putting forward five Suggestions:1. Teachers should strengthen professional growth and development;2. Encourage and inspire students, let students ready to question;3. Teach the students how to question;4. Build the atmosphere and offer students the opportunity to ask questions;5. Guide students to question, improve students’ consciousness of critical thinking.In the end, the paper points out the deficiency of the study, and make a further plan for the future research work.
