In recent years, happiness appears on government documents and the speeches of the national leaders frequently, what the government has done is to make people live more happy, more dignified. Meanwhile, more and more attention has been put on happiness. In our report, the happiness of Beijing residents is also higher than others. Private investigation agency shows that several groups such as the business personnel, the technical personnel and the population within the system are happier. In addition, the well-being also caused widespread concern in academia. Many scholars start to do empirical investigation and research on subjective well-being of residents in different cities. This article uses the survey and research data on the green administrative system in Beijing, which comes from the School of Economics and Management in Beijing Forestry University. The survey focus on the relationship between Subjective Well-being and Beijing residents. By using variance analysis to figure out the relationship between subjective well-being of the residents and the following three factors:work environment factors, demographic factors, income and housing factor. And use the Ordered Probit regression model to do the empirical research.The results of analysis of variance showed that employment status, type of occupation, commute time, commuting patterns for residents has a significant statistical difference on Subjective well-being(S WB); nature of units, the number of job changes for residents do not exist statistically significant difference on SWB. Gender, age, marital status, education level, household for residents affects do not exist statistically significant differences on SWB. The average individual monthly income, the remaining disposable income, home ownership for residents affects significantly statistical difference on SWB. The result of regression analysis showed that the type of occupation, the nature of units, commuting time, commuting patterns are correlated with SWB.Age shows a U-shaped relationship with SWB. The average monthly personal income is correlated with SWB. Employment status, the number of job changes, gender, marital status, education level, household, the remaining disposable income, home ownership are not significant with SWB.By strengthening economic development, optimizing the allocation of resources; improving the social security system, supervising and standardizing the safeguards of implementation; strengthening urban road network to ease and improve the layout of the city and public transport system; building a good business environment, increasing income, reducing the income gap between different occupations; we can share social and economic wealth, reduce commuting costs and improve subjective well-being.
