Research On Performance Evaluation Of Logistics Catering Center Of A University In Beijing

Has experienced the process of socialization of university rear service,the organization structure and operation mode of logistics catering center of University all have a big change.It is increasingly focused by managers on how to carry out the performance evaluation of the special entities which are both educational and economic attributes,promote the improvement process and improve the management.The purpose of this study is to explore solutions to the problem of performance evaluation in such entities.It also has certain reference significance for performance evaluation of water supply and other public welfare enterprise as the attribute of education is a kind of public property.As a performance evaluation tool, the balanced scorecard is widely used in the traditional enterprise, which has the advantages of comprehensive evaluation, perfect evaluation system and so on.In this paper, BSC is introduced into the performance evaluation of catering center in university after the analysis of its application.In a case of A university in Beijing, a performance evaluation system is built up.And according to the test of its performance evaluation in 2015,the rationality of the system is tested.In this paper, the empirical research is carried out by means of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.The full text is composed of six chapters. The first chapter is to explain the purpose,significance and research status.The second chapter is to introduce the concepts of performance evaluation and the balanced scorecard principles.The third chapter is the introduction of catering center of A university in Beijing.The fourth chapter is the process of constructing its evaluation system. The fifth chapter is the application of the evaluation system in 2015.The sixth chapter is conclusion and improvement.
