| In order to maintain the status in the industry and have the power of continuous development,companies need to have good financial capabilities,high-quality customer channels,efficient operating procedures,abundant talent pools and strong social responsibilities.Because the nature of the network game industry,the performance of online game enterprises should be evaluated from multiple dimensions,not only focusing on economic benefits,but also considering social benefits.Therefore,if the company wants to gain a place in the game market and obtain a higher market share,a unique and effective performance evaluation system is an important factor.At present,most of China’s game companies lack an industry-specific corporate performance evaluation system,in the long run,it may affect the implementation and of corporate strategic targets and social responsibility performance.Therefore,it is extremely important to design a performance evaluation system that conforms to the characteristics of game companies.Balanced scorecard as an integrated tool,is advantageous to the achievement of corporate strategic targets,but according to the reality of the online game company,it is necessary to expand its dimension and content.This thesis selects case study and Z Company as the research method and object,and discusses how to build the performance evaluation system of Z Company based on the five-dimensional balanced scorecard.This thesis consists of five parts: The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background and significance.After reviewing and commenting the research situation,it elaborates the thesis content and methods and the innovation points.The second part describes the theory of performance evaluation,social responsibility and balanced scorecard.The third part analyzes the performance evaluation methods adopted by Z Company,proposes the current problems,and expounds whether the new evaluation system is necessary and feasible in Z Company.Then it emphasizes the applicability of the improved balanced scorecard integrated with the social responsibility to Z Company.The fourth part on the basis of Z Company’s strategic map,designs the related indicators of the performance evaluation of the game industry,and uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,finished of the construction of the new performance evaluation system suitable for online game companies.Finally using the new performance evaluation system to evaluate and analyze the business performance of Z Company in two years,and put forward some suggestions for improvement.The fifth part proposes relevant safeguard measures for the new performance evaluation system.The thesis has drawn the following conclusions: 1.The balanced scorecard can evaluate the business performance from the strategic point of view and discover problems in enterprise management.However,owing to the particularity of different industry,the dimensions of evaluation should also be different.2.In view of the social responsibility of the game industry and the problems in the current performance evaluation system of Z Company,therefore this thesis puts forward the performance evaluation content of five-dimensional balanced scorecard,which is more beneficial to the Z Company to undertake social responsibility and improve its social visibility.3.The new performance evaluation system can be used to evaluate and analyze the overall performance of Z Company,and put forward suggestions for improvement.4.To implement the five-dimensional performance evaluation system,it is necessary to formulate a perfect system before implementation,set up a good communication mechanism,continue to improve according to the implementation situation,and design a performance evaluation incentive mechanism. |
