Research On The Phronesis Of Teacher In Ideological And Political Course

This study to the phronesis of ideological and political teachers as the research content, to the teachers of ideology and politics course of Tieling area as the research object, in the theory and practice of combined research methods, the current situation of phronesis of teachers of the course of ideology and politics in Tieling area of the survey, and carries on the analysis and discussion on the problems and the causes of, and puts forward the strategies and suggestions to solve the problem.This paper from the wisdom and phronesis, teachers phronesis meaning extended to the interpretation to the thought teacher’s phronesis meaning, and analyzes the thought political course teacher’s phronesis, practice and moral education and life characteristics. Secondly, this paper by means of questionnaire survey, in Tieling area high school as an example, the implementation of ideological and political course teacher’s phronesis were field survey, the overall grasp the present situation of teacher’s phronesis. The study found that lack of pursuit of phronesis in the teachers of the course of ideology and politics in Tieling area, lack of generation of phronesis, lack of experience feelings of phronesis, lack of phronesis of practice activities. Again, this paper from the four aspects of the phronesis of ideological and political teachers ought to appeal, namely the thought political course teacher teaching design, organization of classroom activities, guiding students to learn, to students of the phronesis of education. Finally, this paper discusses the thought political lesson teacher’s phronesis problems to solve the generation strategy, namely, the thought political course teacher to to new ideas as a guide, to knowledge teaching is based, to emotional experience as an intermediary in order to practice activities for the process.
