On The Prefessional Developlement Of Ideological And Political Teachers

Taking the ideological and political teachers' professional development as the research content,the ideological and political teachers in Northern Jiangsu area as the research object,the investigation of the current situation of the professional development of Ideological and political teachers in Northern Jiangsu area as the basis,this paper analyses existing problems of the professional development of the ideological and political teachers in Northern Jiangsu,and puts forward the development countermeasure.From the perspective of teachers' professional development,this paper studies the current situation and development approaches of ideological and political teachers' professional development in northern Jiangsu area.And using the basic concept of teachers' professional development,This paper investigates and analyses the present situation of Ideological and political teachers' professional development in Northern Jiangsu area,and summarizes the achievements and existing problems that professional advanced concept is not strong,professional knowledge is not enough,lacks comprehension in professional ability and loosen the bottom line of the professional spirit.Based on these,this paper analyses the causes that lead to the development problems of ideological and political teachers in multi dimension,such as subjective factors of ideological and political teachers,objective conditions of schools and so on,all existing factors that restricts professional development.Finally,this paper points out the basic direction of professional development including two dimensions of professional type and professional quality,and conducts active explorations in three aspects of the teachers' self-development,platform construction of schools and relevant improvements in national school system,taking effective methods to improve the level of the professional development of Ideological and politica teachers in the local,and promote the development of education and economy in Northern Jiangsu area.
